OUR STORY

Our history and growth since 2016

Founded in 2016 in De Soto, we started by servicing local residential clients and quickly expanded into commercial and industrial projects as demand for specialized concrete solutions grew. Through consistent results and referrals, we broadened our service portfolio—bringing in expertise in epoxy coatings, metallic epoxy, concrete grinding and polishing, and complex restoration techniques. Today, our team is comprised of trained technicians and project managers who bring years of combined experience to every job.

Our team and qualifications

Our team consists of:

While we are not a large national chain, our size allows us to be nimble, responsive, and deeply involved in each project. Our technicians regularly attend training on the latest industry practices, such as moisture mitigation, densifier chemistry, and metallic epoxy application techniques.

Community commitment and sustainability

We take pride in serving our local community, contributing to safer sidewalks, restored public spaces, and upgraded commercial facilities that strengthen local business. Our sustainability efforts focus on:

  • Extending the life of existing concrete through restoration (reducing disposal and replacement).
  • Using low-VOC sealers and coatings when possible to improve indoor air quality.
  • Recycling concrete debris when feasible and minimizing job-site waste through efficient planning.

Quality assurance and process controls

Quality assurance is built into every phase of our projects:

  • Pre-construction testing: Moisture testing (where applicable), surface profile checks, and substrate evaluations guide our material selections.
  • Material selection: We use proven repair mortars, densifiers, and epoxy systems from reputable manufacturers chosen for compatibility and performance.
  • On-site controls: Project managers monitor cure times, ambient conditions, and application techniques to meet manufacturer specifications.
  • Final walkthrough: We verify finish, adhesion, joint integrity, and provide owners with maintenance and warranty documentation.

Industries and clientele

We serve diverse sectors:

  • Residential: Basements, garage floors, patios, and decorative overlays.
  • Commercial: Retail stores, offices, restaurants, and showrooms that require both appearance and durability.
  • Industrial: Warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities needing abrasion- and chemical-resistant floors.
  • Municipal and institutional: Sidewalks, public facilities, and restoration projects requiring compliance and durability.

Our equipment and technology

We invest in professional-grade equipment to ensure consistent results:

  • Diamond polishing and grinding machines for controlled material removal and polishing grades.
  • Shot-blasting and scarifiers for aggressive surface profile when needed.
  • Moisture testing devices, hygrometers, and surface profile gauges.
  • Epoxy-specific rollers, squeegees, and breathable topcoats matched to the job.
  • Power trowels, vibratory screeds, and finishing tools for new concrete pours.
